    Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground beef

    • 1 jar marinara sauce

    • 1 pack frozen cheese ravioli

    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 1 tsp dried basil

    • 1 cup ricotta cheese

    • 1 tsp olive oil

    Directions

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
    • Drain excess fat from the beef, then stir in basil and marinara sauce, and cook for another 3 minutes to combine flavors.
    • Spread a thin layer of beef sauce at the bottom of the crockpot to prevent sticking and for better flavor distribution.
    • Layer a third of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, then top with a third of the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
    • Repeat the layering process twice more until all ingredients are used, ensuring the top layer is covered with cheese.
    • Set the crockpot to low heat and cook for 3 to 4 hours, or until the ravioli and cheese are heated through.
    • Turn off the crockpot, let the lasagna sit for about 10 minutes before serving to settle the layers.
