    • 2 cups corn kernels

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    • 1 cup cotija cheese

    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

    • 2 tablespoons lime juice

    • 1 teaspoon chili powder

    • 8 small tortillas

    • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions
