    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!

Grass-fed beef offers real nutritional advantages over conventional grain-fed beef — including higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A and E, and a leaner fat profile. Keeping portions in check and rounding out your cookout spread with grilled vegetables, fruit, and water-forward drinks goes a long way toward a healthier summer grilling season overall.

    Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls

Making dinner rolls from scratch gives you complete control over what goes in—no preservatives, no additives, and you can reduce the butter or swap in whole wheat flour for a portion of the all-purpose flour to add fiber. Homemade bread is also surprisingly satisfying in smaller portions because the flavor and texture are so much more developed than store-bought alternatives.
