    Ingredients

    • 1 pound chicken breast

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

    • 1 lemon, juiced

    • 1 cup Greek yogurt

    • 0.5 cup cucumber, finely diced

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 0.5 teaspoon salt

    • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

    • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

    • 4 cups mixed greens

    Directions

    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, oregano, salt, and half of the lemon juice.
    • Grill the chicken breast for about 7-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let it rest before slicing thinly.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, remaining lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh dill to make tzatziki sauce.
