Espresso contains antioxidants and may boost metabolism and mental alertness. The protein in cream cheese provides satiety, so you can enjoy this rich dessert in smaller, more satisfying portions.

This Espresso Coffee Cheesecake is a coffee lover’s dream come true, combining bold espresso flavor with the classic creamy texture of New York-style cheesecake. The rich coffee notes perfectly complement the tangy cream cheese filling, all nestled on a buttery graham cracker crust. Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup espresso coffee

    • 24 oz cream cheese

    • 1 cup granulated sugar

    • 3 pcs eggs

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 cup heavy cream

    • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs

    • 1/4 cup melted butter

    • 1/4 tsp salt

    Directions

    • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a springform pan by greasing it with butter and lining with parchment paper.
    • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and salt until the mixture resembles wet sand, then press into the bottom of the pan.
    • Using a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
    • Add espresso coffee, vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined, then add eggs one at a time, ensuring each is incorporated fully.
    • Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust and spread evenly. Place the springform pan in a larger baking pan and fill with hot water to create a bain-marie.
    • Bake for about 60 minutes or until the center is just set and jiggles slightly. Allow cheesecakes to cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating.
    • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture. Serve garnished with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!

Oreo’s Most-Requested Discontinued Flavor Is Back for the First Time in a Decade

Oreos are best enjoyed as an occasional treat, and the Cinnamon Bun variety’s intense flavor means a little goes a long way. A standard serving is three cookies — and with the double cinnamon profile of both the wafer and the creme, three is genuinely satisfying without needing to reach for more. If you’re someone who tends to eat cookies mindlessly, portioning three onto a plate before sitting down is a simple habit that helps you actually taste and enjoy what you’re eating rather than reaching into the bag on autopilot.
