    Ingredients

    • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    • 0.5 cup heavy cream

    • 0.5 cup chicken broth

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

    • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese

    • 8 ounces sundried tomatoes

    • 1 pinch salt

    • 1 pinch black pepper

    Directions

    • Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Make sure both sides are evenly coated for optimal flavor.
    • In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Sear the chicken breasts until browned, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
    • Place the seared chicken in the bottom of the Crockpot. This will be the base layer of your dish.
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the chicken.
    • Add the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly distributed to enhance the dish’s creamy texture.
    • Top the mixture with sundried tomatoes. Cover the Crockpot with the lid, setting it to cook on low for 4 hours.
    • After 4 hours, remove the chicken from the Crockpot. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving to seal in its juices.
    • Serve the chicken warm, garnished with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy as a main dish with your choice of sides.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
