1 cup cherry tomatoes
0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for a crisp base. Place the pizza base on a baking sheet.
