    Ingredients

    • 1 pound fettuccine pasta

    • 1.5 pounds lobster tail, cooked and chopped

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 3 tablespoons butter

    • 4 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 cup heavy cream

    • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

    Directions

    • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
    • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese has melted.
    • Season the cream sauce with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add in the cooked lobster, tossing to coat it evenly.
    • Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, mixing thoroughly to combine the pasta with the lobster and sauce.
