    Ingredients

    • 14 oz chicken breast

    • 4 packs ramen noodles

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • 4 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 cup heavy cream

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

    • 1 tsp salt

    • 0.5 tsp black pepper

    • 1 cup chicken broth

    • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

    Directions

    • Begin by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces then season with salt and black pepper according to your preference.
    • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
    • Remove chicken from pan and set aside. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.
    • Lower the heat and pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to incorporate while scraping any bits from the bottom of the pan.
    • Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, then return the chicken to the pan. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
    • Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain. Add cooked noodles to the chicken and sauce mixture.
    • Toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are well coated with the sauce and chicken is evenly distributed.
    • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and more red pepper flakes if desired for extra heat.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
