    Ingredients

    • 4 pieces pork chops

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    • 3 tablespoons butter

    • 4 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

    Directions

    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Make sure the pan is hot before placing pork chops inside.
    • Season pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides. Place them in the skillet and sear each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
    • Reduce the heat to medium, add butter to the pan, and let it melt. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for one minute until fragrant.
    • Spoon melted garlic butter over the pork chops continuously for 1-2 minutes, ensuring they are basted well and evenly.
    • Once pork chops are fully cooked to your desired doneness, remove from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
    • Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the tops of the pork chops before serving. Serve them warm for the best taste.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
