Creamy Boursin Chicken Pasta

Healthy Fact of the Day

Use whole wheat penne for extra fiber, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream, and double the spinach to boost nutrients while keeping all that creamy, garlicky goodness.

Creamy Boursin Chicken Pasta transforms weeknight dinner into a bistro-worthy experience. Tender chicken and al dente penne luxuriate in a velvety sauce made with herb-studded Boursin cheese, creating instant sophistication in under 30 minutes. The wilted spinach adds color and freshness to this indulgent dish. Pair with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc or light-bodied Pinot Noir—both complement the herbed cheese without overwhelming its delicate flavors.

Elevate this creamy dream with Garlic Rosemary Focaccia Muffins on the side for ultimate sauce-sopping satisfaction. Love this rich, cheesy comfort? Try our Cheesesteak Tortellini in Provolone Sauce for another decadent pasta night, or keep the Boursin theme going with Sun Dried Tomato & Goat Cheese Chicken for similar herbed cheese magic.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
