    • 1 piece pizza base

    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

    • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves

    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

    • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

    • 1 clove garlic

    • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

    • 0.25 teaspoon salt

    • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions

    • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for a crisp base. Place the pizza base on a baking sheet.
    • Chop the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place them in a bowl. Stack the basil leaves, roll them, and slice thinly.
    • Mince the garlic and add it to the chopped tomatoes and basil along with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
    • Spread the bruschetta mixture evenly over the pizza base and sprinkle generous amounts of mozzarella cheese on top.
