    • 1 pound sirloin steak

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1 cup quinoa, cooked

    • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

    • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced

    • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced

    • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

    Directions

    • Start by heating 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it’s cooked to your desired level of doneness. Allow the steak to rest.
