    Ingredients

    • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    • 1/2 cup butter, melted

    • 1 cup sugar

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 4 cups sliced bananas

    • 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained

    • 8 oz cool whip, thawed

    • 1 cup chopped walnuts

    • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce

    • 10 ounces maraschino cherries

    Directions

    • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
    • Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to create an even crust layer.
    • In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then spread over the crust.
    • Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese mixture, covering the entire surface.
    • Evenly spread the drained crushed pineapple over the banana layer for a fruity addition.
    • Spread the Cool Whip over the entire dessert, smoothing it out with a spatula to cover completely.
    • Drizzle chocolate fudge sauce over the Cool Whip layer for added sweetness and chocolate flavor.
    • Sprinkle chopped walnuts evenly over the top to add a nice crunch to the dessert.
    • Place maraschino cherries over the top, spacing them evenly for decoration and flavor.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set properly.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
