    Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground beef

    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    • 1/2 cup butter

    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

    • 4 pieces slider buns

    Directions

    • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and allow it to heat for about a minute.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into small patties about 3 inches in diameter.
    • Place the patties on the heated skillet. Cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side until burgers reach desired doneness.
    • While patties are cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
    • Stir in lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper into the melted butter. Allow the ingredients to combine thoroughly for 2 minutes.
    • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. This will form the cowboy butter sauce.
    • Assemble sliders by placing cooked patties on the slider buns. Drizzle each slider with a generous amount of cowboy butter sauce.
    • Serve the Cowboy Butter Sliders warm, optionally garnished with extra parsley for added flavor.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
