    • 2 cups rotini pasta

    • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach

    • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt

    • 0.5 cup mayonnaise

    • 2 tbsp lemon juice

    • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

    • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated

    • 0.25 cup chopped green onions

    • 0.25 tsp black pepper

    • 0.5 tsp salt

    Directions

    • Cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
    • While the pasta is cooking, thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave, then squeeze out any excess water.
