    • 4 pork chops

    • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

    • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
