    • 1 pound ground beef

    • 1 cup mashed potatoes

    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    • 1 medium onion, diced

    • 1 clove garlic, minced

    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

    • 1 large egg

    • 1/2 cup milk

    • 0.5 teaspoon salt

    • 0.5 teaspoon pepper

    Directions

    • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a loaf pan by lightly greasing it and set it aside for later use.
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
    • Add the breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated into the meat mixture.
