    Ingredients

    • 9 pieces lasagna noodles

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

    • 8 ounces crab meat

    • 2 cups ricotta cheese

    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

    • 2 cups heavy cream

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

    • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil

    • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano

    Directions

    • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente.
    • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté shrimp until pink, then remove them from heat and set aside.
    • In the same skillet, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Let the mixture simmer until slightly thickened.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, crab meat, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until well mixed.
    • Spread a small amount of the cream sauce at the bottom of a baking dish, then layer three lasagna noodles.
    • Top the noodles with half of the ricotta mixture, half of the shrimp, and a generous portion of the cream sauce.
    • Repeat the layering process with the remaining noodles, ricotta mixture, shrimp, and cream sauce.
    • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and all of the parmesan cheese over the top of the assembled lasagna.
    • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 20 minutes.
    • Allow the lasagna to cool for a few minutes before serving to help set the layers. Garnish with extra basil if desired.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
