    Ingredients

    • 2 oz vanilla vodka

    • 1 oz pineapple juice

    • 1/2 oz grenadine

    • 1 piece maraschino cherry

    • 1 slice fresh pineapple

    Directions

    • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the vanilla vodka and pineapple juice. Shake well to combine the ingredients.
    • In a martini glass, pour the grenadine first to create a layer at the bottom.
    • Slowly strain the vodka and pineapple juice mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to float on top of the grenadine.
    • Garnish the martini with a maraschino cherry and a slice of fresh pineapple on the rim.
