2 cups macaroni
1 pound ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions in boiling water until slightly firm.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Press the meatloaf mixture into the prepared baking dish to form an even layer.
- Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meat mixture.
