    • 2 cups macaroni

    • 1 pound ground beef

    • 1 cup breadcrumbs

    • 1 cup diced onions

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    • 1 cup milk

    • 1 tablespoon ketchup

    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions

    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
    • Cook macaroni according to package instructions in boiling water until slightly firm.
    • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
    • Press the meatloaf mixture into the prepared baking dish to form an even layer.
    • Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meat mixture.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the meat is browned.
