Baskin-Robbins Just Launched Its Most Loaded Ice Cream of the Summer — And Brought Back a Fan Favorite

Healthy Fact of the Day

The Oreo S'mores flavor is the lighter of the two new scoops — the marshmallow and graham base is less dense than the Brookie Batter's double ice cream and double dough format, making it a slightly lower-calorie way to enjoy the collection. If you're planning to take advantage of the National Ice Cream Day deals, ordering a single scoop instead of a sundae saves significant calories while still giving you the full flavor experience. And with the BOGO Free Single Scoop on July 26, sharing with someone is the natural and practical move — you get the celebration without doubling down on a second full scoop on your own.

Baskin-Robbins and Oreo are back together — and this time the lineup goes well beyond a scoop.

The new Oreo Cookie Collection launched July 1 at participating locations nationwide, featuring the all-new Brookie Batter ice cream, the returning Oreo S’mores, a sundae, a shake, and two Oreo ice cream cakes. National Ice Cream Day is July 19 — and Baskin-Robbins Rewards members have a stacked week of deals lined up around it.

The New Flavor: Brookie Batter

Brookie Batter is Baskin-Robbins’ July 2026 Flavor of the Month and the headliner of the collection. The concept is straightforward — brownies and chocolate chip cookies are the two most-requested desserts that aren’t ice cream, so why not put them both in a scoop?

The execution is anything but simple. Brookie Batter combines brown sugar-flavored ice cream and brownie batter-flavored ice cream as the base, then adds chocolate chip cookie dough chunks, brownie dough chunks, brownie batter-flavored swirls, and Oreo cookie pieces throughout. One reviewer described the brownie batter swirls as the standout element — “gritty in the best way, bursting with fudgy flavor” — and called the overall scoop a genuine brookie experience in ice cream form. The Oreo pieces, they noted, contribute a welcome crunch even if they feel slightly incidental next to everything else.

The Returning Fan Favorite: Oreo S’mores

Oreo S’mores is back for a limited time after an international-only run earlier in 2026. It pairs toasted marshmallow-flavored ice cream and graham-flavored ice cream with Oreo cookie pieces and a chocolate cookie swirl throughout. The campfire s’more concept translates well to ice cream — the two flavored bases mimic the marshmallow and graham cracker components, while the cookie pieces and swirl do the chocolate work.

Beyond the Scoop: The Full Collection

Oreo Brookie Batter Sundae — Two scoops of Brookie Batter topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, Oreo cookie pieces, and a maraschino cherry.

Oreo S’mores Shake — Oreo S’mores ice cream blended with milk and simple syrup for a sippable take on the campfire classic.

Oreo Cookie Crunch Cake in a Box — Layered with chocolate cake, Oreo cookie pieces, Oreo Cookies ‘n Cream Ice Cream, whipped frosting, cookie dough pieces, and fudge — all packed in a resealable box. A strong option for summer gatherings.

Oreo Cookie Cake — The more classic take: layers of Oreo cookies with your choice of cake and ice cream flavors.

Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!

Burger King Just Gave Its 47-Year-Old Chicken Sandwich Two New Upgrades

Of the two new sandwiches, the Loaded Jalapeño is the lighter option at 740 calories versus the Club’s 840 — a meaningful 100-calorie difference primarily driven by the Club’s bacon and Swiss cheese additions. Both are high in sodium, so pairing either with water rather than a fountain drink keeps the overall meal more balanced. If the jalapeño sandwich appeals to you, ask for extra pickled jalapeños — they add bold flavor with minimal calories, and based on early reviews, they’re the component most likely to be light-handed on the first run of a new menu item.

The Noodle Bowl and the Infinite Variations of a Perfect Lunch

The noodle bowl format — combining a protein source, complex carbohydrates, and multiple vegetable components in a single dish — is one of the most nutritionally complete single-meal formats available. Research on traditional Asian noodle soup diets consistently finds that populations who eat noodle soups as a primary meal format consume higher levels of vegetables, more diverse protein sources, and more varied micronutrients than those eating single-component meals. The broth itself, when made from bones or dashi, provides additional nutritional benefits through its content of glycine, glutamate, and minerals that support gut health, cognitive function, and mineral balance.
