A warm drink sits in a clear glass cup on a wooden table. Nearby are pumpkins and autumn leaves. The scene shows preparation for fall gathering with a cozy feel.

Dutch Bros Just Launched Its 2026 Fall Lineup — With a Flavor Nobody Saw Coming

Healthy Fact of the Day

Specialty drinks with cold foam toppings, drizzles, and swirls can add significant sugar and calories on top of the base drink. To lighten your order, ask for the topping or drizzle on the side or skipped entirely, request fewer pumps of flavored syrup, or opt for an iced or Freeze version in a smaller size. Choosing a Refresher or energy-based option over a milk-based latte can also cut down on saturated fat while still delivering the seasonal flavor.

Fall menu season is in full swing, and Dutch Bros just threw its hat in the ring with a lineup that mixes familiar favorites with something entirely new.

The drive-thru coffee chain has brought back two returning fan favorites while also introducing a flavor combination that breaks from the usual pumpkin-and-spice script.

The Returning Favorites

Leading the comeback is the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée, which combines pumpkin and salted caramel flavors, topped with Dutch Bros’ signature Soft Top cold foam, a pumpkin drizzle, and a sprinkle of raw sugar. It’s available as a breve, latte, chai, or Freeze, giving fans plenty of ways to customize their order.

Also back for the season is the Cookie Butter drink, built around a creamy cookie butter flavor with a cookie butter swirl lining the cup and a drizzle finishing the top. Like the Brûlée, it comes in latte, Freeze, or chai form.

The New Flavor Breaking the Mold

While pumpkin and cookie butter check the expected boxes for fall, Dutch Bros is also rolling out something different this year: Autumn Berry. The new drink combines pomegranate, orange, and peach flavors, finished with a mixed berry fruit topping. Rather than a coffee-based drink, it’s designed to be ordered as a blended or iced Rebel energy drink, or as a Myst Energy Refresher — a lighter, fruit-forward option for anyone looking to skip the usual fall coffee route.

Where and When to Get It

All three drinks are available now for a limited time at Dutch Bros locations nationwide, so there’s no need to wait to start working through the lineup.

The Takeaway

Between two returning favorites and a genuinely unexpected fruit-forward newcomer, Dutch Bros’ fall menu gives regulars and newcomers alike a reason to swing by the drive-thru this season.

Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!

Taco Bell Just Brought Back Four Menu Items From a Decade Ago

Throwback fast food items are often designed around bold, indulgent flavor combinations, which can mean higher sodium, fat, and calorie counts than a standard menu item. If you’re working through a nostalgia menu, consider splitting a combo box with someone else, choosing one indulgent item per visit rather than sampling everything at once, and pairing a heavier item like a burrito or empanada with water instead of a sugary fountain drink to help balance out the meal.

Sweet Potato Tacos with Avocado Salsa

Sweet potatoes are among the most nutrient-dense vegetables available, rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. Their natural sweetness means they caramelize beautifully without added sugar, and their fiber content provides sustained energy rather than a spike and crash. Paired with avocado’s heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and queso fresco’s calcium and protein, this is a genuinely nourishing meal that happens to taste indulgent.

The Art of the Cheese Sauce: What Makes It Extraordinary and What Makes It Break

Cheese is one of the most concentrated dietary sources of calcium available, with aged cheeses providing higher calcium concentrations per serving than fresh cheeses due to the concentration that occurs during aging. The fat in cheese significantly increases the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K2 — with K2 in particular playing a critical role in directing calcium to bones rather than arteries. Research increasingly suggests that full-fat dairy consumption, including cheese, is associated with neutral or beneficial cardiovascular outcomes compared to low-fat dairy alternatives, partially rehabilitating cheese from the dietary villain status it acquired during the low-fat dietary era.
