Taco Bell’s drink menu just got a serious upgrade.
The chain officially launched its new Dirty Sips platform nationwide on March 19 — a permanent menu addition that transforms one of social media’s most popular soda hacks into an everyday order. Six new beverages anchor the launch, with four built around the beloved Mountain Dew Baja Blast.
But that’s not all. Two new Passionfruit Refrescas are also hitting menus, and a fan-favorite frozen drink has made its return.
Here’s a full breakdown of everything new.
What Is a Dirty Sip?
If you’ve been on social media in the last few years, you’ve probably seen the dirty soda trend — the practice of adding a splash of cream or flavored syrup to a soda for a sweeter, smoother drinking experience.
Taco Bell is officially canonizing the trend with a dedicated Dirty Sips menu featuring six drinks, four of which are built around the chain’s iconic Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Each one adds vanilla creme to the classic formula for a sweet and creamy twist on the fan-favorite flavor.
The 4 New Mountain Dew Baja Blast Dirty Sips
Taco Bell’s Dirty Sips menu gives Mountain Dew fans four ways to enjoy the Baja Blast with a dirty soda spin:
- Mountain Dew Baja Blast Dirty Soda — The original Baja Blast with vanilla creme for a sweet, smooth finish
- Mountain Dew Baja Blast Dirty Soda Freeze — The same creamy combo, but in frozen form for an icier treat
- Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero Sugar Dirty Soda — A lighter version for those watching their sugar intake
- Mountain Dew Baja Midnight Dirty Soda — Made with the passionfruit-flavored Baja Midnight, also blended with vanilla creme
Two More Dirty Sips for Non-Mountain Dew Fans
The Dirty Sips menu doesn’t stop at Baja Blast. Two additional options round out the lineup for cola and lemonade lovers:
- Pepsi Dirty Soda — A classic cola with a vanilla creme twist
- Tropicana Original Dirty Lemonade — Creamy citrus for a refreshing and indulgent spin on lemonade
And if none of the six dedicated options hit the mark, customers can add vanilla creme to any Taco Bell drink — from the classic Pepsi soda lineup to Freezes and lemonades — for just 30 cents extra. The customization option is also permanent, meaning there’s no rush to try it before it disappears.
2 New Passionfruit Refrescas
Alongside the Dirty Sips launch, Taco Bell is also adding two new Refresca drinks to its nationwide beverage menu.
Pink Passionfruit Refresca Freeze (limited time) — A sweet pink passionfruit frozen slushy with pineapple flavor, mixed with pieces of real freeze-dried strawberry. Available in two sizes: $3.99 for 16 oz and $4.19 for 20 oz.
Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca (permanent) — A blend of green tea infused with sweet strawberry-passionfruit flavor and mixed with real freeze-dried strawberry pieces. Available for $3.99 and designed to deliver a balance of tropical sweetness and bold tea flavor.
The Confetti Cookie Freeze Is Back — With a Catch
Rounding out the new beverage drops is the return of a fan-favorite: the Confetti Cookie Freeze. The frozen drink blends nostalgic sugar cookie flavor with a creamy vanilla ice cream base, topped with whipped cream and confetti sprinkles. It retails at $4.19 for 16 oz and $4.59 for 20 oz.
The catch: the Confetti Cookie Freeze is available exclusively at Live Más Café locations, not at standard Taco Bell restaurants. If you don’t live near a Live Más Café, the new Dirty Sips and Refrescas will have to hold you over.
The Bottom Line
Taco Bell’s new Dirty Sips menu is live nationwide as of March 19, bringing six permanent and customizable dirty soda options to the chain — including four Mountain Dew Baja Blast variations. The two new Passionfruit Refrescas are also available now, with the Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca joining the permanent menu and the Pink Passionfruit Refresca Freeze available for a limited time. The returning Confetti Cookie Freeze is available exclusively at Live Más Café locations while supplies last.
