  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)

 

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, diced pickles, red onion, fresh dill, and cheddar cheese.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to make the dressing.

  6. Add pickle juice and stir gently to combine.

  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
