    • 2 oz dark rum

    • 1 oz banana liqueur

    • 1 oz pineapple juice

    • 0.5 oz orange juice

    • 0.25 oz lime juice

    • 0.5 oz simple syrup

    • 1 slice pineapple

    • 1 dash Angostura bitters

    Directions

    • Combine dark rum, banana liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
    • Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
    • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
