    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

    • 4 tablespoons cold water

    • 8 squares milk chocolate

    • 8 pieces marshmallows

    • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

    • 1 tablespoon sugar

    • 1 pinch salt

    • 1 large egg

    Directions

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
    • In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt, then cut in unsalted butter until crumbly.
    • Gradually add cold water to the flour mixture and mix until dough forms a cohesive ball.
    • Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into 16 equal circles using a biscuit cutter.
    • Place a square of chocolate and a marshmallow on 8 dough circles and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
    • Cover each with another dough circle and seal edges with a fork, ensuring no filling escapes.
    • Whisk the egg and brush the tops of the hand pies before placing on the prepared baking sheet.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
