    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

    • 3 packages cream cheese, softened

    • 1 cup sugar

    • 1/3 cup apple cider

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 3 large eggs

    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

    Directions

    • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with aluminum foil.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the apple cider and vanilla extract, mixing well.
    • Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until integrated. Stir in the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour.
    • Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust. Tap the pan gently to release any air bubbles.
    • Bake in preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until center is just set and the top appears slightly tan.
    • Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for about 1 hour to cool gradually.
    • Remove from the oven and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to ensure it is fully set before serving.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
