Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk (optional, for thinning)
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, and fresh fruit for dipping

 

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  2. Mix in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.

  3. Gradually add the flour to the butter mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.

  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
    If the dough is too thick, add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

  5. Transfer the chocolate chip cookie dough dip to a serving bowl.

  6. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, and fresh fruit for dipping.
