    Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground sausage

    • 2 cups shredded hashbrowns

    • 1 cup cheddar cheese

    • 2 eggs

    • 1/4 cup milk

    • 1/4 tsp pepper

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    Directions

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking and ensure the bites can be removed easily after baking.
    • Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up into small pieces, until it’s no longer pink.
    • In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
    • Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full to leave room for expansion.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the mixture is set and cooked through.
    • Allow to cool in the tin for a few minutes before removing and serving, either hot or at room temperature.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
