    Ingredients

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    • 1/2 cup water

    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

    • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well until thoroughly blended together.
    • Add water gradually to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously to form a soft and slightly sticky dough.
    • On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic, approximately five minutes of kneading.
    • Roll out the dough thinly onto a floured surface, aiming for about 1/8 inch thickness for ultra-crispy chips.
    • Brush the rolled dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and basil evenly across the surface.
    • Sprinkle the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the dough, pressing lightly to adhere them to the dough.
    • Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into small square or triangular shapes as preferred.
    • Transfer the cut pieces onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece for expansion.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
    • Remove from oven and let cool on a rack to crisp further, then serve warm or at room temperature.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!

Grass-fed beef offers real nutritional advantages over conventional grain-fed beef — including higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A and E, and a leaner fat profile. If you’re grilling this summer, pairing a grass-fed frank with a whole grain bun and topping it with mustard and fresh vegetables instead of high-sodium relishes is an easy way to make the meal more balanced. Keeping portions in check and rounding out your cookout spread with grilled vegetables, fruit, and water-forward drinks goes a long way toward a healthier summer grilling season overall.

    Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls

Making dinner rolls from scratch gives you complete control over what goes in—no preservatives, no additives, and you can reduce the butter or swap in whole wheat flour for a portion of the all-purpose flour to add fiber. Homemade bread is also surprisingly satisfying in smaller portions because the flavor and texture are so much more developed than store-bought alternatives.
