    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped

    • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes, diced

    • 15 ounce canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed

    • 15 ounce canned black beans, drained and rinsed

    • 2 tablespoons chili powder

    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    • 1 teaspoon cumin

    • 8 ounces elbow macaroni

    • Add the elbow macaroni to the pot and stir. Cover and let it cook for about 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
