200 grams paneer
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
4 pieces taco shells
1 tablespoon lime juice
to taste none salt
to taste none black pepper
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the chopped bell pepper to the pan and continue to sauté for about 5 minutes until they are softened.
- Dice 200 grams of paneer into small cubes and add them to the pan along with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning.
- Stir the mixture well to coat the paneer with the seasoning and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
- Warm the taco shells in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until heated.
- Assemble the tacos by dividing the paneer mixture evenly among the warmed taco shells.
- Drizzle each taco with a bit of lime juice, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish the tacos with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
