    Ingredients

    • 1 lb sirloin steak

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 bell pepper green bell pepper

    • 1 bell pepper red bell pepper

    • 1 medium red onion

    • 1 tsp black pepper

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    Directions

    • Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes ensuring even sizes for uniform grilling; place into a large bowl.
    • Mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl; pour over the steak cubes.
    • Chop the green and red bell peppers and the red onion into 1-inch pieces to complement the steak cubes.
    • Thread the steak, green and red bell peppers, and onion alternately onto skewers, ensuring balanced distribution.
    • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat; lightly oil the grill grate to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
    • Place the kabobs on the grill; cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until steak is medium-rare or preferred doneness.
    • Remove the kabobs from the grill; let rest for a few minutes before serving to retain the juices.
