    Ingredients

    • 4 lobster tails

    • 4 tablespoons butter

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

    • 0.5 teaspoon salt

    • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions

    • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grill grates are cleaned and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
    • Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down to the base, leaving the tail fin intact.
    • Carefully pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat so it rests on top of the shell.
    • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, taking care not to brown it. Add minced garlic and sauté for one minute.
    • Stir in chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into the butter mixture, then remove from heat and set aside.
    • Brush the garlic herb butter generously over the lobster meat, ensuring each tail is well-coated.
    • Place the lobster tails on the preheated grill, meat-side up, and close the grill lid for even cooking.
    • Grill the lobster tails for about 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
    • Remove lobster tails from the grill and brush with additional garlic herb butter before serving.
    • Serve immediately with lemon wedges and additional butter if desired. Enjoy your succulent lobster tails!

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
