    • 1 lb ground beef

    • 4 cups mixed greens

    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

    • 1 large avocado

    • 0.5 cup grated cheddar cheese

    • 2 large onions

    • 0.5 cup mayonnaise

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tbsp butter

    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

    • 1 tsp salt

    • 0.5 tsp black pepper

    • 1 tbsp lemon juice

    Directions
