    • 1 lb ground beef

    • 4 cups mixed greens

    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

    • 1 large avocado

    • 0.5 cup grated cheddar cheese

    • 2 large onions

    • 0.5 cup mayonnaise

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tbsp butter

    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

    • 1 tsp salt

    • 0.5 tsp black pepper

    • 1 tbsp lemon juice

    Directions

    • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter, and sauté sliced onions for 20 minutes until caramelized.
    • Stir balsamic vinegar into the caramelized onions, cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.

    • Season ground beef with salt and black pepper, form into patties, and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until desired doneness.
