1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley, dried

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual servings and gently flatten each piece to create a small disk.
- Spoon a tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto each dough disk, then fold the dough around the filling to seal.
- Arrange the dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the dough balls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once baked, remove from oven and sprinkle dried parsley over the top for added flavor and presentation.
- Serve the buffalo chicken bombs warm with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing, if desired.
