    Ingredients

    • 1 pound tortellini

    • 0.75 pound thinly sliced steak

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 cup sliced bell peppers

    • 1 cup sliced onions

    • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded

    • 1/2 cup heavy cream

    • 2 tablespoons butter

    • 4 tablespoons flour

    • 1 1/2 cups beef broth

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions

    • Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
    • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add steak slices. Cook until browned and set aside.
    • In the same skillet, add peppers and onions. Sauté until soft, then transfer to the plate with the steak.
