Cheesesteak Tortellini in Provolone Sauce

Healthy Fact of the Day

For a lighter version, use whole wheat tortellini and swap heavy cream for milk thickened with a bit of cornstarch. Adding extra bell peppers boosts vitamin C and fiber for a more balanced meal.

This Cheesesteak Tortellini in Provolone Sauce brings together the best of two comfort food worlds—the iconic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak and the hearty satisfaction of pasta. Tender steak pieces are perfectly seared and combined with sautéed peppers and onions, then tossed with plump tortellini and smothered in a creamy, melty provolone sauce. Every bite delivers that perfect combination of savory beef, sweet peppers, and rich cheese that makes this dish absolutely irresistible.

    Tip of the Day

“Always let your meat rest before slicing.”

Whether you're roasting a chicken, grilling steak, or baking pork tenderloin, letting cooked meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute evenly. This simple step keeps your meat juicy and tender, ensuring every bite is flavorful and moist. Bonus: It gives you a moment to plate your sides or garnish for a perfect presentation!
