- 1 medium watermelon, cubed (about 6 cups)
- 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced

Instructions
- In a blender, puree 4 cups of watermelon cubes until smooth.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.
- In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, white wine, rum, triple sec, lime juice, and honey. Stir until honey is dissolved.
- Add the remaining watermelon cubes, sliced lime, lemon, and orange to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
