Baked Brie Bites with Cranberry

Baked Brie Bites with Cranberry offer a delightful combination of creamy Brie cheese, sweet cranberry sauce, and a crispy phyllo shell, creating a perfect appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo shells
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
  • Sliced baguette or crackers for serving

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Place the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Fill each phyllo shell with a cube of Brie cheese.
  4. Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over each Brie-filled shell.
  5. If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the Brie is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the Baked Brie Bites cool for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
  9. Serve your Baked Brie Bites with Cranberry on a platter alongside sliced baguette or crackers.
