    Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground beef

    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder

    • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin

    • 8 pieces taco shells

    • 1 cup shredded lettuce

    • 1 cup diced tomatoes

    • 0.5 cup grated cheddar cheese

    • 0.25 cup sour cream

    • 4 tablespoons taco sauce

    Directions

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
    • Once the beef is cooked, drain any excess fat and stir in the cinnamon, chili powder, and ground cumin.
    • Warm the taco shells in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes until crispy.
    • Assemble the tacos by filling the warmed shells with ground beef mixture, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
    • Add a dollop of sour cream and a tablespoon of taco sauce to each taco before serving.
