    Ingredients

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

    • 1 1/2 cups crushed Doritos

    • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

    Directions

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
    • Using your hands, shape the cheese mixture into a large ball, making sure it is firm and compact.
    • Spread out the crushed Doritos on a clean surface or shallow dish, then roll the cheese ball in the Doritos until it is completely coated.
    • Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the cheese ball, pressing gently to ensure they adhere to the surface.
