  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the honey mustard sauce.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard sauce over them, making sure each piece is well coated.

  4. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
