Sizzling Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients

 

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4-6 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

Topping:

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

For serving:

  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the dip.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbly.

  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette for dipping.
