Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

While this dip is rich and creamy, it contains nutrient-dense ingredients like spinach, artichokes, and dairy products. Spinach is packed with vitamins A, C, and K, as well as iron and folate. Ingredients

 

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

 

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).

  3. Mix everything together until well combined.

  4. Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the warm spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips, pita chips, bread pieces, or sliced vegetables for dipping.
