    • 4 oz bourbon

    • 2 slices pineapple

    • 8 leaves mint

    • 1 tbsp sugar

    • 1 oz lime juice

    • 1 cup ice

    Directions

    • Place the pineapple slices, mint leaves, and sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle gently until the sugar has dissolved.
    • Add the bourbon and lime juice to the shaker and fill with ice, then shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until chilled.
