- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped

- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Remove excess fat if necessary.
